How was Lintico founded?

Lintico was born in 2023 from the passion of a group of us who believe in the transformative power of sustainable fashion. Guided by our slogan, "Nature heals all, inside and out," we set out to create pieces that respect nature and reflect our authentic selves. Our love for natural linen—strong, durable, and softening with time—drives us to celebrate simplicity and elegance in every stage of life. What does “Lintico” mean?

“Lintico” is derived from "linen," linking it to sustainability and natural materials from the flax plant. It embodies a commitment to eco-friendly practices in fashion and logistics.

Philosophically, “Lintico” promotes sustainable fashion and ethical sourcing, emphasizing the connection between nature and creativity. It also supports women's empowerment, advocating for fair opportunities in the supply chain. This dual focus reflects a holistic approach that values both the planet and its people.

Where can I buy Lintico garments?

Currently, you can only purchase Lintico garments through our official website, linticoshop. There are no other authorized channels available at this time. Stay tuned for our upcoming brand developments!

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we do offer discounts from time to time. In order to receive them, you must be subscribed to our newsletter.

Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. You can also contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to provide one-on-one assistance in recommending the perfect size for you.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

We ship to Europe, the USA, Australia, Canada, the Middle East, and Mexico. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. Please stay tuned for future shipping options to other regions.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, enjoy free standard shipping on orders over US$130/CA$175/€120/AU$200, and free express shipping on orders over US$300/€272/CA$400/AU$480.

*Please note that At checkout, we'll determine your eligibility for standard or express free shipping based on your total order amount. Free shipping calculations exclude shipping insurance and additional fees.

When can I expect to receive my order?

In day-to-day circumstances when the desired item is not in the “pre-order” state, orders are packed and dispatched in 2-3 business days. 

Express Shipping takes 4-6 business days;
Standard Shipping takes 6-9 business days.

During our seasonal sales, shipping time can slightly differ depending on the volume of orders that we receive.

What carrier services do you use?

We collaborate with multiple global logistics partners (including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, IMILE, UNIUNI, Speedx, Royalmail etc.) to provide efficient international shipping services. Depending on the destination and logistics requirements, the final local delivery may be handled by different carriers. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What should I expect after placing my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Can I make changes to an order after it has been placed?

When placing an order, please ensure that the address provided is complete, including the street number and apartment/unit number.  If you have filled in your address incorrectly, please contact linticoservice@gmail.com immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.

I think my package is lost, what do I do?

In the circumstance of a lost package, please contact the carrier service and provide them with your parcel’s tracking number.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Apple Pay and Credit Card (American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, Discover, JCB).

Will I have to pay import duties?

Yes, the client is responsible for any import duties that may apply.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

After shipping your package, please ensure you send us a photo of the shipping receipt for the return. After we receive and verify the returned items, a refund for the full selling price, not including any initial shipping fees and shipping insurance fee will be deposited in the original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to process.  You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

Sizing

What sizing system do you use?

We partner with Kiwi Size, allowing customers to fill in their body measurements using the size charts provided next to each product to receive algorithm-driven recommendations.

Are the measures presented in the charts of body or item?

The presented measures are of the item.

Do measurements differ throughout designs?

Yes, some measurements might differ throughout various Lintico designs. Therefore we always strongly advise our clients to double check their measurements with every new piece that they want to acquire.

How do I choose the right size for me?

Follow the “Find Your Size” and “Measurement Chart” buttons that are displayed next to every product. With the help of AI, the Virtual Fitting Room (“Find your size” button) will help you determine which size would fit your body type most.

Can you customize the size of a garment?

Currently, we do not offer customization services for garment sizes. If you have specific needs, please contact our customer service via email for more information.

Do you have any maternity clothes?

Yes, we offer universal clothing that can be worn in the period of pregnancy and after. According to our clientele, our Wrap Dresses and Smock Dresses fit this purpose perfectly.

Discounts & Sales

Where do I insert a discount code?

The discount code can be used at Checkout. When you are redirected to the Checkout page, you can see a form field that says “Gift card or discount code”. Insert the code in the field and press “Apply”.

Can sale items be returned?

Items from the Sale section can be returned. If you have not worn the item and are not happy with it, you can return it back to us within 30 days after you have received the item.

Do you have any ongoing sales?

The Sale section is an on-going sale with items that are in stock and are ready to ship.

All About Linen

Do the colors in pictures look the same in real life?

During photo shoots, our photographers try to do their best to picture products as closely to real-life colors as possible. However, slight differences may occur from time to time.

If I purchase a linen garment now and wear it together with a previously bought item of the same color, will their colors match?

Not always. As linen can be called an “alive” material, its color and texture is not always the same. The outcome of the fabric highly depends on the conditions that the flax plants were grown in. Therefore it is a natural material, and can not always be the exact same.

How is Twill Linen different from regular Linen?

Twill fabric is heavier than plain weave linen with a more structured form that is why colder weather is much suitable for twill linen clothing. The fabric is marked by its distinct diagonal pattern. Also, the Twill Linen material has more wrinkle and stain resistance than regular Linen.

Can I request a fabric sample swatch?

Yes, there is the Lintico’s Linen Color Catalog available for order. Please let us know which fabric you are interested in, and we will be happy to assist you.

How should I wash my linen garments and will they shrink?

To properly care for your linen garments and understand their potential for shrinking, please refer to the product care page for detailed instructions. It will provide you with the best washing methods and tips to keep your linen looking its best.

Gifts

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes, there are gift vouchers available for the values of $100, $200, $500. You can find them here.

Keep in mind, that Gift Cards can not be returned or refunded for money.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At the present, we offer no additional gift wrapping. However, we can hand-write any wishes or notes on a card to send with the order if there is a need for it. Any request like this should be written in order notes.
