It feels substantial, the pockets are properly usable, and the pale neutral works with almost everything I own. I've worn it open more often than buttoned, but both ways look intentional.

I hesitated over the collar because that shape can sometimes look too youthful. Here it is low, softly rounded, and balanced by the straight body and long sleeves. The result feels gently vintage rather than cute. The mother-of-pearl buttons add a little light near the face, while the V seam keeps the front from looking plain. I wore it with charcoal trousers and felt completely like myself, just a bit more polished.

The parcel arrived with tissue around the ruffled edge, so it wasn't crushed flat. Tracking stayed available the whole way. I hung the dress for a short while and the gathered folds settled on their own.

The Tamsin trousers have the most gorgeous pintuck detail that elongates the legs, and drawstring waist for all day comfort. I got the M and the fit is perfect.
