Our linen is pre-shrunk and specially treated for color retention to help minimize shrinkage and color transfer. When cared for according to these instructions, only minimal shrinkage and color transfer may occur, including after the first wash.
Machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle. Some color fading or bleeding may occur, especially during the first few washes, so washing with similar colors is recommended.
Tumble dry low and remove promptly, or air dry according to the care label.
Iron on low heat if needed. For a smoother finish, turn the garment inside out and use low to medium heat or steam, as permitted by the care label.
Do not use chlorine bleach. Use a non-chlorine, oxygen-based bleach only if permitted by the care label. To help prevent discoloration, avoid prolonged contact with sweat, deodorants, antiperspirants, perfumes, or skincare products.

Our linen is made from 100% European flax, grown in Europe and woven by makers in LINTICO's owned factories. Linen is more sustainable and less resource-intensive to grow than cotton. It's breathable, naturally heat-regulating, and one of the most absorbent fabrics available. To learn more, please check out our materials section.

We currently cover most of Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and Singapore. Terrific dress! I'm a senior citizen woman who likes to be comfy but still look good in casual wear. The shoulder ties, deep color and floral touches make this dress a standout. The linen fabric is top-notch: drapes nicely over the hips and best of all, washed and dried beautifully without wrinkles. (Follow the tag instructions: wash gently in cold water, dry on mild. I removed mine slightly damp so it could finish with an air dry and it was good to go.) This was my first Lintico purchase, and I'm ready for more!
