You can easily toggle between INCHES and CM at the top of our size chart to match your preferred system. Because our premium flax and natural linen collections are meticulously cut and measured by hand, please note that there may be a minor variance of 2–3 centimeters (approx. 1 inch) from the listed size guide. Since pure linen gently softens and adapts to your body's silhouette with wear and washing, we highly recommend reviewing the specific measurement diagram (showing bust, shoulder, and length guidelines) to choose the fit that best matches your personal styling preference.

During photo shoots, our photographers try to do their best to picture products as closely to real-life colors as possible. However, slight differences may occur from time to time due to variations in screen displays, lighting conditions, and visual perception.

Not always. As linen can be called an “alive” material, its color and texture are not always the same. The outcome of the fabric highly depends on the conditions in which the flax plants were grown. Therefore, it is a natural material, and can not always be the exact same.

Twill fabric is heavier than plain weave linen with a more structured form, which is why colder weather is more suitable for twill linen clothing. The fabric is marked by its distinct diagonal pattern. Also, the Twill Linen material has more wrinkle and stain resistance than regular Linen.

All our linen pieces are professionally pre-shrunk in advance, so you don’t need to worry about obvious shrinkage after washing.

• Machine wash in cold water on gentle cycle, wash with similar colors only.
• Avoid tumble drying, lay flat naturally to dry.

After you complete your payment, our warehouse usually needs 1-3 business days to process your order. Some individual items may require longer preparation time, or be temporarily out of stock, which may cause slight delays to overall shipment.
If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, you may contact our customer support team at customerservice@lintico.com to arrange split shipment, or cancel the slow-processing/out-of-stock items for a full refund. We will ship the rest of your goods out as soon as possible.

Normally, for in-stock products, our processing time is 1-3 days. If you haven't received a shipping notification email within 2 days of placing your order, we recommend checking your inbox for any notifications from us regarding potential shipping delays or product unavailability. You may receive an email notification regarding the cancellation of your order. This can happen for several reasons:

Due to temporary stock shortages or separate warehouse storage, your multi-item order may be shipped in multiple parcels. We will dispatch in-stock items first for faster delivery, and the rest will be sent out promptly once restocked or arranged from the nearest warehouse. You will receive independent email alerts with separate tracking numbers for each shipment. You may click Track My Order to check all delivery updates anytime. No. Customs and duties fees are beyond LINTICO’s control. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receiving the package. The exact amount varies depending on the country and the items included in the order.

In order to deliver a great satisfaction and quick response service to our customer, LINTICO currently ships to most countries, including most of Europe, the United States, Canada， Australia, the Middle East, and Singapore. Our online operation team of Lintico is based in Hong Kong. We source premium linen fabrics from Europe, and all garments are exquisitely crafted at professional factories across Asia.

In accordance with inventory status and logistics arrangements, orders will be fulfilled via our global fulfillment network. We have warehouses located in the UK, USA, Germany and China. To ensure fast and efficient delivery, your goods will be dispatched from the nearest in-stock warehouse.

We typically ship within 1-3 business days. Please refer to ourto determine the specific delivery timeframe for your items. Keep in mind that international destinations may have varying delivery times.

For in-stock items, we typically ship within 1–3 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific Shipping Information and estimated delivery timeframes detailed on the product page. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your international destination.

Our shipments are delivered with duties and taxes unpaid. Consequently, all import (customs) duties and/or taxes will be assessed once the parcel arrives in its destination country. Customs

As some packages are shipped internationally, you may not see updates via local couriers until the package is in transit, cleared by local customs, and entry is granted into your country. This process can take anywhere from 3 to 5 days. If your order is still under the estimated delivery time frame, please wait patiently!
