When will my order ship?
Priority shipping starts on January 13. If production finishes early, we will ship immediately. All pre-orders are prioritized and fulfilled in the order they were placed.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before January 13 for a full refund, no questions asked.
Can I return or exchange the item?
Yes. Pre-order items follow the same return and exchange policy as regular purchases. Please refer to our full policy here:

Can I purchase pre-order items together with in-stock items?
Absolutely. By default, all items in the same order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
How does the pre-order discount work?
