FAQs

1. Where is our linen made?

Our linen is made from 100% European flax, grown in Europe and woven by makers in LINTICO's owned factories. Linen is more sustainable and less resource-intensive to grow than cotton. It's breathable, naturally heat-regulating, and one of the most absorbent fabrics available. To learn more, please check out our materials section.

2. How do I know if the shipment covers my country?

When you fill in your delivery address and can pay normally, it means our logistics services support shipping to your country. We currently cover most of Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and Singapore. For more details, please refer to our shipping and delivery policy.*Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as any errors may affect delivery or result in unnecessary losses.

3. What should I do when I have a size issue when shopping, or when I have a problem with coupon use or payment?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. You can also contact our customer service at customerservice@lintico.com, and we’ll be happy to provide one-on-one assistance in recommending the perfect size for you.

4. How do I wash linen?

Machine wash your linen cold with like colors, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low and remove promptly to minimize the wrinkled look. Warm iron if needed. Do not bleach. See Product Care Guide on the navigation bar for details.

5. Does linen wrinkle or shrink?

Made from pure flax, our linen lacks elasticity, resulting in natural wrinkles when worn or slept in. Embrace the 'lived-in luxe' aesthetic — a deliberate, carefree rumpled look that exudes quality. Our linen is garment-washed before it gets to you, though, so you should experience minimal shrinkage.

Great blazer

This is a great blazer. Material and cut is great.

Understated but not plain

The cocoa brown finish around the clean long sleeves has a welcome restraint. That element brings personality; the notched lapel keeps the silhouette composed. The look feels like my own, while the cocoa brown remains easy to combine.

Worth making room for

When an evening event felt flat, I reached for the cocoa brown blazer. The notched lapel fixed that immediately, while the shaped seams kept the result from looking busy. Dark denim worked for the daytime plan; later, an ivory knit gave it a softer finish. The lyocell and linen looked composed in both settings. I like that the cocoa brown piece can rescue familiar basics without making them look like a costume built around the notched lapel.

A surprisingly easy outfit

I wore the cocoa brown blazer to a smart weekend with a black dress, expecting the shaped seams to take over. In reality, the subtler clean long sleeves were the detail that balanced the whole outfit. When I used brown loafers for an autumn lunch, the focal point changed and the piece felt entirely different. I appreciate that degree of versatility, especially when the lyocell and linen already give the design a distinct character. The cocoa brown piece has character but still works on an ordinary day.

Polished without trying

The cocoa brown looked calm with cream trousers, then the shaped seams created subtle interest in motion. It's a thoughtful blazer: distinctive up close, simple from a distance, and easy to work into an existing wardrobe.

Instant favorite

Honestly, the cocoa brown is gorgeous and the shaped seams are even better than I expected!

Calm and polished

The cocoa brown feels calm, the long tailored line gives it shape, and dark denim keeps the outfit grounded. Precisely the cocoa brown and long tailored line balance I wanted.

Color and details matched

The cocoa brown website presentation set an accurate expectation. The on the product page close-ups did a strong job with the single-breasted front. The cocoa brown felt equally accurate, and a black dress brought out the practical pockets without any styling surprise.

The repeat-wear test

With cocoa brown, I wanted to know whether this was a one-outfit design, so I deliberately wore the blazer in two very different settings. For a work trip, cream trousers sharpened the long tailored line. At a smart weekend, a black dress softened the single-breasted front and made the piece feel more casual. Both cocoa brown versions around the long tailored line worked without extra styling tricks. The lyocell and linen give the design continuity, and the cleaner details leave room for familiar shoes, bags, and layers. The cocoa brown blazer beside a black dress has become much easier to repeat than I expected.

Helpful advice

Customer service gave me a useful answer. Before deciding, I asked whether to size around the single-breasted front or follow my usual L. The answer was thoughtful and product-specific: keep the regular size so the practical pockets could fall as designed. I appreciated that they explained the reasoning.

Simple and special

A black dress made cocoa brown uncomplicated - simple shoes, done.

Keeping it - and hoping for more

After cocoa brown, my one request is another color: deep forest. The current shade looks excellent with a black dress, and the shaped seams make the blazer distinctive without being difficult. A second shade would be an effortless yes from me.

The practical verdict

A cocoa brown matter-of-fact review: careful shaped seams, easy pairing with an ivory knit. I would wear that ivory knit combination again. That balance between the notched lapel and dark denim is what makes the cocoa brown style useful across more than one outfit.

A well-handled delivery

Cocoa brown delivery updates were simple and accurate, which made the arrival easy to plan. Inside, the blazer was arranged with clear space around the clean long sleeves, and the notched lapel wasn't crushed or sharply creased. I hung it up briefly while deciding on brown loafers; by then, the lyocell and linen had relaxed without extra work. It was careful, unfussy handling - designed to protect the clean long sleeves rather than relying on an oversized box for effect.

Simple combinations

The cleaner cocoa brown outfit used brown loafers. With dark denim instead, the long tailored line drew the eye and made the outfit more relaxed. Nothing about the single-breasted front calls for involved styling with a black dress.

The lyocell and linen give the cocoa brown a gentler and more polished result than I expected.

More wearable than expected

The cocoa brown almost made me pass because the practical pockets looked more dramatic online than what I normally choose. Once I paired the blazer with an ivory knit, the detail felt thoughtful rather than bold. The long tailored line gave it a clean counterpoint; nothing else needed adding. For a work trip, I tried cream trousers and liked the piece even more. In cocoa brown, the final result was quieter than I expected, and cream trousers made it a useful change from my usual basics.

Cocoa brown looks simple from a distance, then thoughtful up close; exactly my kind of design.
