Our linen is pre-shrunk and specially treated for color retention to help minimize shrinkage and color transfer. When cared for according to these instructions, only minimal shrinkage and color transfer may occur, including after the first wash.
Machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle. Some color fading or bleeding may occur, especially during the first few washes, so washing with similar colors is recommended.
Tumble dry low and remove promptly, or air dry according to the care label.
Iron on low heat if needed. For a smoother finish, turn the garment inside out and use low to medium heat or steam, as permitted by the care label.
Do not use chlorine bleach. Use a non-chlorine, oxygen-based bleach only if permitted by the care label. To help prevent discoloration, avoid prolonged contact with sweat, deodorants, antiperspirants, perfumes, or skincare products.

Our linen is made from 100% European flax, grown in Europe and woven by makers in LINTICO's owned factories. Linen is more sustainable and less resource-intensive to grow than cotton. It's breathable, naturally heat-regulating, and one of the most absorbent fabrics available. To learn more, please check out our materials section.

I am pleased with my purchase. And I would like to be honest also that the size (small) is big for me. I just realized that Lintico sizes are not for petite women like me. I am 4'11 and 115lbs. The clothes I bought are still for keeps because it is not the fault of LINTICO. I looked at the measurement, but still went ahead and purchase because I would like to have LINTICO clothing because I love the style and fabric. I hope it will shrink over time as I wash them.
I hope you consider making sizes for petite women in the future.
