- Our linen is pre-shrunk and specially treated for color retention to help minimize shrinkage and color transfer. When cared for according to these instructions, only minimal shrinkage and color transfer may occur, including after the first wash.
- Machine wash cold with like colors. Gentle cycle.
- Tumble dry low and remove promptly.
- Low-temperature ironing is recommended. Warm iron if needed.
- Do not use chlorine bleach. In essentially all cases, it’s ok to use peroxide.
- To help prevent discoloration, avoid prolonged contact with sweat, deodorants, antiperspirants, perfumes, or skincare products.

1. Where is our linen made?
Our linen is made from 100% European flax, grown in Europe and woven by makers in LINTICO's owned factories. Linen is more sustainable and less resource-intensive to grow than cotton. It's breathable, naturally heat-regulating, and one of the most absorbent fabrics available. To learn more, please check out our materials section.
2. How do I know if the shipment covers my country?
When you fill in your delivery address and can pay normally, it means our logistics services support shipping to your country. We currently cover most of Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and Singapore. For more details, please refer to our shipping and delivery policy.

3. What should I do when I have a size issue when shopping, or when I have a problem with coupon usage and payment?

4. Does linen wrinkle or shrink?
Made from pure flax, our linen lacks elasticity, resulting in natural wrinkles when worn or slept in. Embrace the 'lived-in luxe' aesthetic — a deliberate, carefree rumpled look that exudes quality. Our linen is garment-washed before it gets to you, though, so you should experience minimal shrinkage.
5. How do I wash linen?

Must have! The nicest laundry bag I’ve ever seen or had. I washed my linen items in the bag on cold delicate wash cycle and they were fine. Air dried and ironed lightly. No shrinkage at all.
Good size and well made
This bag is not like any others I have. It is a generous size but most interesting is the mesh is somewhat padded, not an open mesh. So things like bra hooks do not catch in the mesh. Pricier than many others but worth it in my opinion.
