The “One at a Time” Rule
To help ensure a seamless checkout experience, only one Code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined or stacked, and they cannot be applied retroactively to past orders. We recommend choosing the offer that best fits your current cart before completing payment.
Validity Period
Please use your Code within its validity period. Once expired, the Code cannot be restored or reissued.
Scope of Use
Codes apply only to the eligible merchandise subtotal of an order. They do not apply to shipping fees, shipping protection, gift cards, or any other additional charges, where applicable.
*Special: Free Shipping Code
A Free Shipping Code applies only to base shipping fee reductions. It cannot be applied to merchandise prices, shipping protection, expedited shipping fees, or gift cards.
Usage Restrictions
Each Code may be used only once, and only one Code may be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with other Codes, applied retroactively to previous orders, redeemed for cash, withdrawn as cash, transferred, or used to purchase gift cards.
Restoration After Post-Sales Service
Codes will not be restored after use. If an order is returned, refunded, or exchanged after a Code has been applied, the used Code will not be reissued.
*Special: Store Credit code
Items purchased with a Store Credit code are not eligible for standard returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once a Store Credit Code has been used, the benefit will not be restored. In confirmed special cases, such as damaged items, we will provide a reasonable solution based on the specific circumstances.

No. Once an order is placed with a Code, the Code is considered used. If the order is later returned, refunded, or exchanged, the Code will not be automatically reissued or reused.
Store Credit Codes are designed for one-time use per order. If your eligible merchandise subtotal is lower than the Code value, the remaining unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be retained, refunded, or carried forward for future use. We recommend making full use of your Code value before completing checkout.
No. Once a Code, including a Store Credit Code, has been applied and the transaction has been processed, it is considered fully redeemed. In the event of a subsequent return, refund, or exchange, the used Code cannot be restored or reissued.

- Minimum spend: Make sure your cart still meets the minimum spend requirement after any automatic on-site discounts are applied.
